Once we send an order there are three (3) email notices sent to you. Two directly from the shop and the third being a link to a tracking page.

These 3 notification emails come from ;

NOTE all are no reply. You cannot reply to these to contact us. Always it is via the Contact Us page.

• Shop Invoice when you order.
• Order updated when we send an order (With tracking number and link)

• Order Tracking email. This will also give updates along the way. However you are usually best to enter the tracking number on your local post office website once it arrives for delivery.
