Tracking

We have three (3) methods of sending parcels ... The method used is noted in the email containing your tracking number.

Box DHL eCommerce

Parcels travel by DHL Global mail to the destination country and are then handed over to the local postal service for 'last mile' delivery.

Limited Tracking Information

This is NOT a courier. Do NOT expect regular or courier type tracking updates or courier speeds.
Tracking is really only to show you the parcel is on the way to you.
Tracking tells you where a parcel 'has been' it does NOT tell you where it is or when it will arrive. (Just like the postal service in this way).

Tracking not updated for a long time

It is normal for tracking to show arrival at a location and then no updates following this for a considerable amount of time! It is NOT an indication the parcel has not moved. Only that it has not yet been scanned as reaching the next point - YOU do not know where it is until it is in YOUR hands. (or the scan has been missed - this can happen too!)

Delivery Time?

We cannot currently estimate a delivery time because of the often-changing covid19 conditions.
Although we have seen over two months on rare occasions to some EU Countries and the UK. But most always MUCH fast than this.

Contacting the Local Post Office

You can contact the local post office ONLY once a parcel has been handed over to them.

HOWEVER you need to quote the 'Local Tracking Number'. This is found by clicking 'More Shipment Details' on the tracking webpage.

DHL premium Courier. Not much more needs to be said than it is more than fast.

Delivery Time and Covid 19

We cannot currently estimate a delivery time because of the often-changing covid19 conditions.
Although we have seen over two months on rare occasions to some EU Countries and the UK where there has been a major covid related hold up.

Covid19 means there are far fewer airplanes flying and thus huge problems for parcel and mail services. Also with lock downs, online shopping has dramatically increased putting unprecedented demand and pressure on delivery networks worldwide. Also staff having to isolate severely disrupts distribution centres worldwide.
